Thank you for shopping with No Label. We want you to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened, and sealed items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to try a different shade, please return your unopened item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Gift cards or promotional items
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.
