No Label – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with No Label. We aim to process and ship your purchased products order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be any significant delay, you will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Netherlands): 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Outside the EU: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and local postal services.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if available).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands

  • All EU member countries

  • Selected international destinations

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
No Label is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, No Label is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.
We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
